Born and Raised in the Texas Hill Country, Mazama Coffee Co hand selects only the finest beans from around the world and roasts right here in historic downtown Dripping Springs under the spreading oak tree.

Focused on quality and consistency, we know that fresh is better when it comes to food and drink. We bake fresh everyday in our bakery on-site, we grind right before brewing, and we offer traditional espresso drinks with classic techniques and presentation.

Take a break inside surrounded by the comforting sounds of a coffee shop or enjoy the weather in our outdoor courtyard

We also have our Flex Room which is generally open to the public and provides a space to work away from home. Sorry, no children allowed in this particular space.

All of our spaces provide a relaxed atmosphere to chat with friends, work peacefully with our complimentary WiFi or enjoy a short respite from daily life. We hope you'll come to think of our shop as your community meeting spot.

Well-behaved pooches are welcome in our outside courtyard. And if you get our attention at the side door we can come outside and take your order.
